They did their work carefully and with consideration for the tenants on site; completing their work on time and on the agreed budget with the addition of requested extras. He was easy to deal with and seemed to appreciate us having clear plans and making stage payments to the agreed time schedule. As the Landlord, I found this builder to be a reliable trade person who completed the job well and on budget. The builder was good to deal with and I would put them to the top of my list for any future work. "
