TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN July 2011 DARIUSZ STOKLOSA: BUILDING AND DECORATING We have used this firm for a variety of projects in recent months, and are highly satisfied customers who would recommend Dariusz and his team without hesitation. They have boarded our loft, repaired our central heating (which had defeated other firms), and undertaken painting and decorating, both interior and exterior. They have provided a quick and flexible service, at a competitive price. All their staff are polite and meticulous, planning their work to cause minimum disruption to the household, and tidying up thoroughly at the end of each working day. The work has always been done to a high standard and completed on time. Dariusz himself has taken a detailed personal interest in every aspect of the work, and signed off each stage, ensuring that any problems were identified and rectified without quibble (or extra charges). We will certainly use them again.

They did their work carefully and with consideration for the tenants on site; completing their work on time and on the agreed budget with the addition of requested extras. The builder was very helpful and made useful suggestions to improve the plans made. He was easy to deal with and seemed to appreciate us having clear plans and making stage payments to the agreed time schedule. The tenants did not have any problem with the builder on site and there have been no problems since the installation. As the Landlord, I found this builder to be a reliable trade person who completed the job well and on budget. Dariusz and his employees have done work for me over the last
three months. Exterior and interior painting and decorating, guttering and roof
repairs, plastering and tiling and installing a new shower cubicle. All of which was competitively priced and the work was carried
out to a very high standard by workers who are non smokers. After each project the surrounding areas were cleared and
